Beach House (Short Film Review)

We have seen a couple of Film's that have been "Throw backs" to various decades, but Jordan Ray Allen's "Beach House" made me feel as though I was watching a movie made in the 1970's. Here is what I thought of the short.



I always like a nice big build up... when there is a nice big pay off. I felt that the first half of this short film would have been a bit more entertaining if it was cut down by 45 seconds. However, I thought that the story (although a bit overdone) was catchy enough to peak my interest. I felt that the performances were Good, with a few great moments.

I enjoyed the cinematography and I loved how they made you feel like you were watching a grindhouse movie from 1970. I'm gonna give this one a 3.9 out of 5.
