Workout Of The Day- Chest/Abs

Since last night (and most of the day today), I was too damn tired to move, I decided to post yesterday workout today. Yesterday was Chest/Abs... enjoy :)

Flat DB Flyes
Leg Raises

SUPERSET (3x Failure)
Chest Press Machine
Medicine Ball Crunches

SUPERSET (3x Failure)
Alternating DB Press
Oblique Cruches

SUPERSET (3x Failure)
Incline DB Flyes
Romanian Twist

BURN OUT INCLINE DB PRESS


That was the workout for yesterday, today is a rest day :)
