Workout Of The Day

Hey Folks,

Everyday I'm gonna be posting my workouts, feel free to do these right along with me... or after me because I am posting this after the fact.

Tri-Set
Front Kettlebell Squats (2  70lb Kettlebells) 4x Failure
Sumo Kettlebell Deadlift (70lbs) 4x Failure
Kettlebell Lunges (2 40lb Kettlebells) 4x Failure

Super Set
Machine Squats 4x Failure
Bosu Ball Squats 4x Failure

Nogi Grappling- 5x7 minute rolls
