Workout Of The Day- Upper Body Randomness

Since I'm competing in Ten Days, I'm only going to be doing Compound Movements from here until after the tournament. Today was just a mix-it up day.

Superset (4 sets)
One Arm Alternating Kettlebell Swings- 70lbs 12-15 (each arm)
Romanian Twists until Failure

Standing Military Press 4x 12, 8, 6, 4

Flat Bench Machine 4x 12, 8, 6, 4

Curls to Arnold Press 4x 25

Then BJJ Class (Immediately After)
